By registering for an AgWest Farm Credit Business Management Center program, I hereby assign to AgWest Farm Credit any right, title, and interest in and to the copyrights of picture(s) or video recording(s), including but not limited to, the sole and exclusive right of reproduction either wholly or in part, with any retouching, copying, adaptation, alteration in any form and medium. AgWest Farm Credit has the right to deal with the video and/or pictures in any manner, including advertising, editorial and public display, and no compensation is due to me. I further agree that, in AgWest Farm Credit’s sole judgment, you will endeavor to give me video and/or picture credit when and if the video is published, but the giving of such credit shall rest entirely in your discretion. I have read this Assignment of Rights carefully and fully understand its meanings and implications.
