Our primary internship opportunities are focused on lending and insurance, which are core areas of our business. This program is designed to build a strong talent pipeline for future careers at AgWest.

The Summer Internship Program is ideal for college students with junior standing, meaning you are expected to graduate in the academic year following the internship.

While our Summer Internship Program is geared toward juniors, we encourage freshmen and sophomores to stay connected with us. You can:

• Apply for AgWest scholarships, which are available to students at various stages of their education. This is a great way to stay engaged and build a relationship with AgWest early.

Yes - it can! Many interns apply to and are considered for our Lending and Insurance Trainee Programs, which are designed to prepare early‑career professionals for long‑term roles at AgWest.
