Bill Martin was elected to the Board in 2020. Bill holds a B.S. in physical education/health from Linfield College, an M.S. in education technology from City University of Seattle, and USDA organic certification for domestic and foreign markets.

Bill, along with his wife and son, operates Martin Farms in North Central Oregon. They have a dryland wheat operation and grow alfalfa, seed crops, leaf crops (mint, catnip, skullcap and lemon balm), both conventional and organic. He also has a cow/calf operation.

Bill and his wife Jill have three sons. In his spare time, Bill likes to spend time with his family going hunting, fishing and camping.
